Individual and group training for adults and children.

The level of training of each athlete is taken into account.

In training, an individual approach is used, taking into account the level and characteristics of the athlete, physical fitness, and health status.
Trainings:
- boxing training: correct punching, defense and movement;
- general physical training to increase endurance, strength, speed and accuracy of strikes;
- work on the paws to improve shock and defensive skills, develop combat reflexes;

- work on projectiles;

- work in pairs.

Trainings are held:
- for children;
- for girls and boys, both beginners and more experienced athletes.

Training conducts: boxing coach MS USSR.
